  Hijama   cupping therapy  is an ancient holistic practice that involves small amounts of blood through suction and incisions on the skin. Hijama has been practiced for thousands of years, with its roots tracing back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. In Islamic tradition, it holds a special significance. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) recommended Hijama as a beneficial treatment for various ailments, and it is mentioned in several hadiths. Hijama points, 7,8,9, and 10 are at the upper and middle back. Hijama point no. 7 is closer to the stomach area in the middle of the back, on the right side of the spinal cord. Hijama point no. 8 is closer to the stomach area in the middle of the back, on the left side of the spinal cord.
